Shortly before the FARC join the political arena, the FARC launched a new logo. The logo shows a handshake that shapes into a heart, along with the inscription, “FARC-EP: the peace is in our heart”.
However Rafael Nieto Loaiza, a member of the Uribe-Pastrana coalition, discovered an identical logo with only a few Google searches. The logo is from an Italian hospital named the Società Italiana di Pediatria Condivisa (SIPEC).
